Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ToolStackTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Free and Paid Tools

ToolStackTools provides two categories of tools:

  • Free Utility Tools — PDF tools, image tools, calculators, converters, and generators are completely free to use with no limits, no registration, and no credits required.
  • AI-Powered Tools — AI writing, social media, marketing, business, and personal tools require an account and use credits. Each AI generation consumes one credit.

Credits System

AI tools on ToolStackTools operate on a credit-based system:

  • New users receive 100 free credits upon creating an account.
  • All registered users receive 10 free credits per month, automatically granted.
  • Each AI tool generation consumes 1 credit.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packages: 200 credits (€2), 600 credits (€5), or 1500 credits (€10).

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, packages, and the number of free credits at any time with reasonable notice.

Payments and Refunds

Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

  • All credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
  • Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
  • We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

If you believe there was an error with your purchase, contact us at support@toolstacktools.com within 14 days of the transaction.

AI Tools — "As Is" Disclaimer

All AI-powered tools on ToolStackTools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You should always review and verify any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by our tools, including but not limited to AI writing tools, calculators, and generators. Results should be used as starting points and verified independently. ToolStackTools is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the output of our tools.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you generate using our AI tools. This includes ensuring that the generated content:

  • Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Is not used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
  • Is reviewed and edited before publication or distribution

ToolStackTools assumes no responsibility for how users choose to use the generated content.

Account and Email Verification

To use AI tools, you must create an account with a valid email address. Email verification is required before your account is activated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use fake, disposable, or invalid email addresses. Abuse of the free credit system (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in account termination.

Service Changes & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing features, adding or removing tools, modifying usage limits, or updating pricing for premium features. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolStackTools, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
